In order to function efficiently, our digestive systems rely on a fine balance of 'good' bacteria. While a certain number thrive in the body alone, you may need to give it a helping hand. Try snacking on probiotic yogurts, pickles, and dark chocolate to boost your good bacteria and battle the toxins that'll slow your colon down.
