These Mouth-Watering Chicken Tender Recipes Will Drive You Wild
Chicken tenders? That's kid's food, isn't it? It's something you get from McDonalds if you're too tired to cook actual food. Not so! With a little bit of creativity and a tiny bit of effort, you can create some chicken tender meals that are absolutely to die for. Here are ten of my personal favorites.
#1 - Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders With Garlic BBQ Mayo Sauce
The tenders are good here, but the real winner is this sauce. Pick your favorite BBQ sauce, mix in a few tablespoons of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of garlic powder and some salt and pepper, and you have a great side dish.

#2 - Sweet and Spicy Baked Orange Chicken Tenders
Who doesn't like Chinese food? This orange chicken twist on your standard chicken tenders takes a little more time, as you have to marinate your chicken in an orange glaze for at least an hour, and preferably overnight, but it produces a great, flavorful kick.

#3 - Winger’s Sticky Fingers
If you're not from the Mountain West, you may have never heard of Wingers. They have a tremendous sauce; if you're ever in the area, you really should check them out. If not, here's a pretty faithful rendition of their famous sticky fingers.

#4 - Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Strips
Adding a half-cup of Parmesan when you bread your chicken strips adds a whole new level of flavor. Mix it in with your flour when you dredge your chicken and be amazed by the results.

#5 - KFC Oven-Baked “Fried” Chicken Tenders
Everybody needs a little KFC. But their chicken usually ends up so greasy and oily--a side-effect of frying. This recipe is a very close replica, only instead of frying, you bake the chicken. It's a very close approximation, and won't leave you feeling queasy afterwards.

#6 - Spicy Baked Chicken Tenders
Baking your chicken tenders is healthier than frying them, which is why so many recipes on this list recommend doing just that. This one calls for a marinade in olive oil, soy sauce and Sriracha for a sweet and spicy twist.

#7 - Asian Lemon Chicken Tenders
Tired of all the tomato or BBQ-based sauces? This recipe twists things up with a lemon glaze, with honey, soy sauce and pineapple juice providing a citric tang.

#8 - Baked Firecracker Chicken Tenders
Ooey gooey, sticky, sweet and spicy. These firecracker chicken tenders will have your mouth watering, with a terrific sauce that will leave you licking your fingers clean.

#9 - Thai Sticky Chicken Fingers
Thai is rapidly becoming one of my favorite Asian cuisines, and this chili sauce-based sauce is absolutely to die for. This recipe is also both dairy and gluten free, if that matters to you.

#10 - Coconut Chicken
Most chicken tender recipes use either bread crumbs or cornflakes to provide the crunch. Not this one--substituting that with some sweetened coconut flakes provides an exciting alternative to your usual chicken tender experience.
